Websites
A clear website, built around what your customers need to do.
Loki Collective designs and builds websites for owner-run businesses: a first site, or a replacement for one that no longer works for you. One point of contact, an agreed scope and a single round of feedback.

What you get
What a typical project includes.
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. This is the usual shape of a project, and the line between a normal project and a different one.
A typical project includes
- A clear structure for what you do, who you are and how to get in touch, usually a handful of pages.
- A design that reads well on phones, tablets and desktops.
- An obvious next step for customers: call, send a request, or open the booking tool you already use.
- Your real information: services, opening hours, location and any prices you choose to publish.
- Search basics, so search engines can read and understand the site.
- Launch on your own domain.
Different projects, discussed first
- Online shops with large catalogues or online payments.
- Booking or reservation systems built from scratch.
- Customer accounts and logins.
- Custom connections to other software.
Linking to a booking tool you already use is part of a normal project. Building a new one is a different project, and we say so early.
From first conversation to a live website.
Five clear steps, one point of contact, and agreement on scope before the work starts.

Intro call
Start with a short conversation about your business.
We talk about what you do, who your customers are and what you want your website to help them do. If you already have a website we look at it together, and we can look at an example site for a business like yours.
What you getA clear view of whether a new website would help, and what it would involve.
Agree the scope
Agree what gets built, and what it costs, before work starts.
You receive a written quote that lists the pages and features included, what we need from you and who is responsible for what. Anything outside that scope is discussed and priced separately, so nothing is added quietly later.
What you getA written quote and scope you can approve or decline.
Build
We build it from your real information.
We design and write the pages using verified facts about your business and the logo, photos and wording you approve. We do not invent reviews, results or claims. If something is missing, we ask for it early rather than guessing.
What you getA working draft of your website to review.
Review
Give your feedback in one consolidated round.
We go through the draft together. You collect your comments on text, images and page structure, and we agree the changes in a single round. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are called out as extras, not slipped in.
What you getA list of agreed changes, and a straight answer on anything that would be extra.
Launch
Check it, launch it and hand it over.
We make the agreed changes, check the site on phone and desktop and publish it. You receive a short handover that explains how to reach us and what your options are afterwards, including care and hosting.
What you getA live website and a clear route for changes afterwards.
For every page we tell you what we need from you, so nothing waits on a guess.
Your website,
built page by page.
Each page moves through the same steps. Ideas that come later are welcome, and they are priced as separate work.

What we need from you.
Most of it is information you already have. We keep the list short and tell you what is missing.
- What you offer, in your own words.
- Opening hours, address and contact details.
- Your logo and photos you have permission to use.
- Any prices or claims you want published, and proof for claims that need it.
- One person who can answer questions and collect feedback.
How pricing works.
Every website is quoted after the intro call, once we know what you need. The quote states the price, what is included and what is not, and you approve it before any work starts.
No price list
A five-page garage site and a rental business with a large catalogue are different projects, so there is no one-size price list.
The quote states everything
The price, the pages and features included, what we need from you and what is not included.
You decide
You approve the quote or decline it. The intro call comes first and is a conversation, not a commitment.
After the website is live.
Most businesses start with the website. These are separate choices you can make later, or not at all.
Care and hosting
Keep it running and up to date
Hosting, plus small changes to what is already there: wording, numbers and opening hours. Optional, and agreed in writing.

Help the right people find you
SEO, GEO and AEO, explained in plain language. A follow-on for businesses where it makes sense, not an automatic add-on.
How search visibility worksReady to talk about your website?
A short online conversation about your business and what a website could do for it. You decide afterwards whether you want a quote.

How much does a website cost?
Every website is quoted after the intro call, once we know what you need. The quote states the price, what is included and what is not, and you approve it before any work starts. A five-page garage site and a rental business with a large catalogue are different projects, so there is no one-size price list.
What do I need to provide?
Mostly information you already have: what you offer, opening hours, contact details, your logo and photos you have permission to use. We ask for it in a short list and tell you what is missing. You stay in control of what is published about your business.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly information and feedback come back. We agree a timeline in the quote rather than promising a standard number of days.
Can you build an online shop or a booking system?
Not as part of a normal website project. We can link to a shop or booking tool you already use. Online shops with large catalogues, booking systems built from scratch, customer accounts and custom integrations are different projects, and we tell you early if yours needs one.
Will my website show up in Google?
We build every site so search engines can read it, which is the foundation. Where it appears depends on many things, and nobody can honestly promise a position. If you want help with that, see Search visibility.
Who owns the website and the domain?
Ownership of the domain, the content and the files, and what happens to them if you ever leave, are agreed in writing before launch. They are part of the written quote, not a surprise afterwards.
What if I want changes after launch?
Small changes to what is already there, such as wording, numbers and opening hours, are what care and hosting is meant to cover. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
